Hardy Perennial. This is a beautiful border plant and is not so large and imposing as the other members of this family. The interesting leaves are shiny and divided into numerous leaflets which give this plant a fern-like appearance. 'Flore Pleno' is the pictured cultivar and is a better ornamental plant than the species. Seeds will germinate best at 65 to 75 degrees in a moist medium.
