Tender or Hardy Perennial. An Old World species that bears its snowy white, fragrant blooms in the spring and sometimes in the fall. A vigorous spreader that is highly resistant to pests. It is not particular about soil and is perfect for a woodland setting or wild flower garden. Plants should be planted out in the spring so that they may establish themselves before the onset of winter. To make root cuttings, soak the ground around your plant and carefully break off a piece of root, taking some soil with it.
