Hardy Annual. An upright bushy annual with fragrant flower clusters which are available in a variety of colors - white, pink, rosy red, scarlet, carmine, lavender, violet and purple. Grows quickly in an average to moderately rich soil and is a good choice for the border, rock garden or container. Likes full sun and a well-drained soil. Remove faded flowers to encourage further blooming. Does not tolerate extreme heat or humidity very well.
