We are leaving soon for our condo in Florida. We have electric base board heat. Last year when we left, I turned the heat low, but the bill was still over $400 for one month. We drain all our water and turn the water heater off. Is there anyway we can turn all the heat off? Do you think we should turn our refrigerator off? Thanks, Nancy
