My house was built with black tubular ducts to distribute air to the rooms. Our attic gets vey hot during the summer, here in Fla., although it has ridge vents on the roof and the soffit vents are clear. My question is would it be practical to get some other kind of ducts installed, or have roof ventilators installed, or some other solution to lower the attic temperature. the room temp. varies by 3-4 degrees between rooms close to the a/c and those on the other side of the house. Thanks for any responses.
