In today's (5/4) paper I read about devices to prevent voltage SURGES-how about VOLTAGE DROPS? I live in an area with frequent power failures and I cringe when it happens-HD TV, fairly new Apple computer and an EXPENSIVE ballast for indoor garden lighting-not because of HIGH VOLTAGE-but because of LOW-I have already lost one $200 ballast-and then there's the HDDVR box that belongs to Comcast. I use a generator occasionally and the surge boxes (APC) WILL NOT WORK with the generator-anything out there that cures BOTH problems-for less than-say-$200? THANK YOU, J. TRASK
