one-room solar house

I want to construct a one-room solar house. Latitude in Virginia: 38 degrees North. I already have septic, well, and underground phone/electrical.

Want to keep expenses down; am thinking of a 20x24 building or slightly larger. Anyone know of any pre-designed one-room solar house plans out there?
