Wet vs. dry blown cellulose insulation?

I am curious if you know any firms that do wet blown cellulose insulation in Seattle? I have looked around, service magic, etc... no one seems to want to do it. It looks like a great alternative. What are the disadvantages? Is it toxic? They can do dry with a plastic bib, I guess.
