Keep attic water line from freezing

Recently remodled our attic with the addition of a bathroom. Problem is - we had to run our PEX tube water line through an unheated part of the attic. We are looking for a way to keep the water line from freezing, so we can use this "new space" year round. We live in northern Minnesota. Any help appreciated.
